Scrubby and overgrown land is about to become a public park, utilising the best of the native stand of trees. Picnic areas, a boardwalk, children's play area, water feature and a modern, classic style visitor centre that includes public facilities. Whilst the plan at this stage is still in feedback stage with council it has the Community Lifestyle Policy support.
